Introduction
The Alliance of Disability Advocates annually awards individuals, businesses, and organizations in the Triangle Area for outstanding commitment and achievements in removing barriers for people with disabilities.

Mission and Purpose
The purpose of the Triangle Access Awards is to honor individuals, businesses, and organizations in the Triangle area whose awareness and actions have created accessibility and inclusion in the community for people of all ages and abilities.

Recipients have demonstrated outstanding achievements in removing barriers in the community, in implementing assistive technology, and in creating all-around universal access. In keeping with Alliance's mission, the Triangle Access Awards recognize those who have increased accessibility and inclusion in the Triangle community for people of all ages and abilities.
